(MONROE, WA.) – They're rusty dusty relics repurposed. You might call them junk. One man's junk is another man’s art.
Call us wacky, but just the sound of a gig called “Rusty Relics” gets our bargain hunting juices flowing.
“Rusty Relics Vintage Market.” That’s the name of a show this weekend at the Evergreen Fairgrounds in Monroe.
What they do there is sell “re-purposed” stuff. Stuff that at one time you might have called junk. They’ve got stuff for sale that’s vintage, handmade, and “repurposed antiques.”
There are 70 exhibitors as well as music, food and so on. Costs $10 bucks to get in the door. Check out the flyer at above right.
Billy Bob gives it an 8.5 on the ten scale of Interesting Finds For Inquisitive Minds.
