(SKY VALLEY & REGION)) -- Another strong low pressure system approximately 250 Miles off The Washington coast moved in last night and early Tuesday and as a result increasing easterly surface pressure gradients across the Cascade mountains brought strong, local east winds to the Sky Valley and elsewhere in the Cascade foothills early this morning.
