(TACOMA, WA) -- The Pierce County medical examiner’s office says the cause of death of 8-year old Azriel Carver of Silverdale was accidental drowning. Toxicology tests will also be done, as is routine in such deaths, to determine what was in the boy's blood stream when he died.
That announcement comes one day after the missing boy's body was found on a Fox Island beach after an intensive search for both he and his missing mother had been initiated some 18 miles away in the Budd Inlet area of Olympia where they both disappeared last Saturday night.
