(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) — Federal authorities announced Monday that Jerry Drake Varnell, 23, of Sayre, Oklahoma was arrested early Saturday morning in connection with an alleged plot to detonate a huge vehicle bomb at BancFirst, a bank in downtown Oklahoma City.
