Skagit County home burns down
In Skagit County the sheriff's office says an early morning fire that destroyed a home Saturday in the 13000 block of Bayview Road has left some residents unaccounted for.
When firefighters arrived around 2:30 am the structure was fully involved in flames.
Although offcials had not by Saturday evening confirmed any deaths from the blaze, KOMO-TV in Seattle reported that a man, as the fire was underway, ran up to a neighbor who was also a volunteer fireman and said he got out of the burning house but two children inside did not.
Several people who lived at the house were taken for medical treatment but the sheriff's office said that not everyone who is thought to have been in the home when the fire broke out had been accounted for.
