(EDMONDS, WA.) -- Edmonds police announced Thursday night that a man wanted in connection with the recent stabbing of two people has been arrested.
Marco Antonio Vicente-Dominguez, 24, the suspect in a double stabbing last Sunday at the Horizon Apartments in Edmonds was arrested in California.
Earlier police said a $1 million arrest warrant had been issued for the suspect and that they were "asking for the public's help in arresting him for this very violent crime."
The victims in the case have been identified as a 30-year-old Edmonds resident, originally from Guatemala and a 35-year-old Edmonds resident who came to this country from Mexico.
Both were badly injured and at last word were still at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical and serious conditions.
Police say detectives have talked with many witnesses and they've determined that numerous people were in the apartment at the time of the attacks, that all the subjects knew each other and were either living there or had been staying in the apartment.
Police issued a search warrant and for the apartment where one of the victims was found and found evidence including a possible weapon used in the attacks.
