(NATIONAL) -- Slate.com has this thing they call the Impeach-O-Meter. Here's how Slate's Ben Mathis-Lilley describes it:
"In the tradition of the Clintonometer and the Trump Apocalypse Watch, the Impeach-O-Meter is a wildly subjective and speculative daily estimate of the likelihood that Donald Trump leaves office before his term ends, whether by being impeached (and convicted) or by resigning under threat of same."
In other words the Impeach-O-Meter tracks all the goofy, weird, off-the-wall, borderline crazy and actual crazy stuff America's truly fascinating 45th President does in between his many golf trips, blaming all his troubles on the news media and former President Obama and of course tweeting weird, sub-teenage level drivel at 5 am in the morning, attempting to start World War Three by issuing childish threats at North Korean dictator Kim Jung Whackadoodle...and then the Impeach-O-Meter takes all that stuff, puts it all into a blender or something and out pops the magic number (in a percentage) showing how likely it is that the Trumpster gets impeached before his term is up.
As of Wednesday night just after 8 pm, the Impeach-O-Meter read 62%.
And so there you go.
