(LAKE STEVENS, WA.) -- Lake Stevens Police have identified a body found in some woods on Monday of this week as Ben Keita, 18, who was last seen on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

In a statement police said the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's office had made positive identification and that there was no foul play suspected in the man's death.

The remains were found about 3:46 pm Monday when police responded to a call of a body located in the woods around the 600 block of 89th DR SE in the city of Lake Stevens.

At the time he went missing police said Mr. Keita was "supposed to be taking medication for a life-threatening health condition," and that his wallet, keys and cell phone had been left behind.
