(SEATTLE, WA.) -- A long time Seattle sports icon, NFL Hall of Famer, former UW and Seattle Seahawks star and now sports broadcaster Warren Moon is being sued by a woman in California over alleged sexual misconduct.

The woman is a former executive assistant for Moon. She filed a suit in Orange County, Calif., where she lives and alleges sexual harassment and battery by Moon. After the allegations hit the news Wednesday, Moon took a leave of absence as a radio analyst for the Seahawks.

The woman, Wendy Haskell, 32, worked for Moon's Sports 1 Marketing company. The legal action alleges that Moon required her to stay in the same hotel room and stay in the same bed with him on business trips and that Moon allegedly pulled off a bathing suit she was wearing on a trip to Mexico, among other things.

The Seattle Times reported that in May 1995, Moon was sued by a Vikings cheerleader who accused him of sexual harassment. The case was settled out of court days later, said the report.

Moon did not immediately issue a public comment on the legal action.
