Two Dead After Shooting Overnight At Skyway Bowling Alley
August 18, 2017

(KING COUNTY, WA.) -- The King County Sheriff's office says a shooting overnight at the Skyway Park Bowl has claimed two lives.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene, the other died later on Friday morning at a hospital.

The sheriff's office says the shooting is still being investigated but released the following early information about what occurred:

Just before 1:00 am Friday multiple calls came into 911 reporting a shooting at the Skyway Park Bowl, located in the 11800 block of Renton Ave. South in Skyway which is in unincorporated King County.

"Callers reported hearing multiple shots coming from the bar area of the business," said a sheriff's office statement. "Deputies arrived within minutes and found two males with multiple gunshot wounds to various locations on their bodies."

One was pronounced dead at the scene, the other was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for surgery, where he later passed away.

Detectives are still working to ascertain the circumstances that led up to the shooting. As of early this morning neither man had been identified.

The man that died at the scene appeared to be in his early 20's and the other man that died at the hospital was believed to be in his late 50's.

This is a developing story.
