...FROST AND BLACK ICE WILL CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS AGAIN TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING. With temperatures dropping below freezing again tonight and Friday morning, areas of frost and patchy black ice will create locally hazardous driving conditions across Western Washington.
Patchy fog and freezing fog, mainly in the most fog-prone spots of the south Puget Sound region and south interior lowlands, will be present as well.
Temperatures vary widely over a short distance, so you can drive into an area of freezing temperatures and icy roads suddenly and without warning. Please give yourself extra travel time, slow down, and drive carefully.
