Passport day cometh in Monroe
June 01, 2017

(MONROE, WA.) -- So, you think you might have a need to get out of the country in a hurry or for general pleasure purposes as in fits and giggles?
Either way, here's a good day to take the first step: getting your passport.
The City of Monroe Finance Department will be hosting a “Passport Day” on Saturday, June 10th from 9 am to 1 pm at Monroe City Hall.
If you are interested in "applying" for your passport, but can’t come during the week, here’s your chance. (That's right. You can apply but there's no guarantee you'll get one. For example, if you're a wanted felon, a pervert or both, chances are...no passport for you buddy. You get a one-way ticket to the slam).
Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis (no shoving or kicking & biting in line) and the doors will be closed at 1 pm to insure that all accepted applications will get to the post office in time, so plan to come early Bubba.
If you have any questions regarding passport applications, go talk to your grandma about it.
Just kidding. Visit the ever-popular official Monroe website (not that phony one with all the half naked babes on it) and look under government services: www.monroe.gov.
And so there you go.
