(SNOHOMISH, WA.) -- City officials say the intersection of Cypress Avenue/Wood Street near Pilchuck Park is open and it is now a single lane, one-way southbound to westbound road.
An extruded curb has also been installed to separate the pedestrian path from the road.
To get it done the project consisted of slope repair, drainage improvements, conduit installation, guardrail installation, concrete work, paving, signs, grading, erosion control, and surface restoration.
Just in case you wanted to know. Hey, some people like details, ya know?
Council Meeting Time Change
On January 16th the city council passed Resolution 1371 which changed Council meeting start times.
So, effective February 6, 2018, Council workshops will begin at 5:00 p.m. and regular meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of the month at the Snohomish School District Building, George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Avenue D.
If you decide to attend you must not be buck naked and it would be a good idea if you are in full control of your mental faculties (unlike some members of the United States Congress and certain persons in the White House) and in control of most, but not all, bodily functions that have to do with the preservation and non-secretion of precious bodily fluids.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Getting’ Down With Audio Feeds
If you’re unable to attend a Snohomish City Council regular meeting, you do have the option of accessing the audio recordings of the meetings. That’s good, yes?
The audio sessions are synchronized to specific agenda items in order to provide listeners with quick access to the desired item. The audio is published online the morning following the regular meetings.
